Hi, I'm Samantha Bright, the owner of Bright Serviced Accommodation. I personally manage every part of your guest experience, ensuring clear communication, smooth check-ins, and a stay that feels effortless. With the support of a trusted professional cleaner, I make sure the property is always spotless, well-presented, and ready for your arrival.
Although I currently manage one carefully maintained home (with plans to grow), my focus is on delivering the best possible stay — combining comfort, quality, and genuine care in everything I do. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, you can expect a modern, welcoming space that feels like a home from home.

How It All Started
Bright Serviced Accommodation began completely by accident — in the best possible way. I thought I was attending a business event, only to find out it was an introduction to property investing. Instead of leaving, I stayed… and I’m so glad I did. Something clicked. I loved everything I heard, and that unexpected moment became the spark that changed my entire path.
I jumped in fully, joining multiple property training programmes and learning everything I could. Not long after, I took a weekend trip to Blackpool with my brother, who was helping a local property developer with some interior design work. Driving around the town, I noticed the huge number of abandoned buildings and tired, run-down accommodation — and something inside me decided this is where I want to build something better.
So I relocated to Blackpool, originally from Newcastle. I’ve now been here since 2020.
In October 2022, I secured my first rent-to-rent property. It was one of the toughest experiences I’ve ever taken on. I made more mistakes than I can count, but every one of them taught me something valuable. Working alone in this industry is challenging, so I’ve recently joined the Simon Smith Online mentorship programme for 12 months to help me grow, stay accountable, and push my business to the next level.
Bright Serviced Accommodation was born from a chance moment — but built through passion, persistence, and a genuine desire to offer guests something better than the standard stay. And this is just the beginning.

At Bright Serviced Accommodation, we may be a small team, but we’re powered by passion, hard work, and an incredible support network.
Day-to-day, it’s mostly me – managing bookings, guest communication, and ensuring every stay runs smoothly. But I’m far from alone. I’m supported by an amazing professional cleaner who keeps the property spotless and beautifully presented for each new arrival.
Behind the scenes, my partner plays a huge role too. From handling maintenance and decorating, to joining me on viewings for new potential properties, he’s an essential part of keeping everything running and helping the business grow.
I’m also surrounded by a wider community that has made all the difference. I’m an active member of several property groups, attend local networking events, and connect with other hosts and investors who share advice, experience, and support. Working alone can be tough, but this community has been a true lifeline.
Most importantly, I’m currently supported by my mentor, who keeps me accountable, guides my decisions, and helps me grow both personally and professionally. Their support has been invaluable as Bright Serviced Accommodation continues to move forward.
We may be a small team, but we’re a strong one — and every person involved plays a part in delivering the best possible experience for our guests. Our size allows us to focus on the finer details, giving every guest a personalised, memorable getaway.
